Caroline Seymour
Caroline was introduced to Buddhism by her cousin, Francesca Fremantle, and met Rigdzin Shikpo through her in 1993. He has been her one and only teacher since then.
She lives in Oxford with her 12 year old son, and teaches in the local group there as well as at Lion’s Roar and Path of Freedom events.
Caroline works freelance as a photographer and teaches an art class to primary school children.
