Heart of Buddha

Heart of Buddha are open talks in Oxford by Rigdzin Shikpo, and an opportunity for new students to hear him teach. Here, Rinpoche will further the teachings on Openness, Clarity, Sensitivity as taught in the Path of Freedom days on the 23rd April and 9th July in Britain and 3-5th June in Germany
Whether you are new to meditation or to Buddhism, or even if you have been practising for many years, these teachings present the Maha-Ati teachings of Tibetan Buddhism in a way that is relevant and accessible to Western students.
At these events you will discover:
- how to relate to your own experience in a simple and direct way through the practice of formless meditation
- Openness, Clarity, Sensitivity as the basis of being developing further the teachings of earlier Path of Freedom events
- ways to bring these teachings into your daily life.
