We teach the practice of formless meditation and the fundamental Buddhist view of openness. Beginners and new members are welcome. We are happy to provide instruction to the practice of formless meditation.

In addition to meditating we hold talks throughout the year focused on core Buddhist teachings, and hold discussions on how the view of immediacy and the essence of formless meditation apply in that context.
