Apramana means limitless or beyond measure and refers to four primary states or emotions a buddha naturally experiences for all beings and all existence: love, compassion, joy, and equalness. In fact these four states are inherent to our being, not just buddhas, and we can learn to rest in them with meditation practice. In this class learn about each of these four states and how you can relate them to your own everyday life and your practice of meditation.
