Lion’s Roar Foundation Weekend
Sat 14 Jun @ 10:00 am – Sun 15 Jun @ 5:00 pm

The moment of the Buddha’s enlightenment has been likened to a ‘Lion’s Roar’. The Lion’s Roar course introduces the Dzogchen tradition of Buddhist meditation.
This online training weekend is taught by Vincent Power and presents the first of a series on Buddhist meditation in the Mahayana Maha Ati tradition of Rigdzin Shikpo. Further information on the course can be found here.
The Lion’s Roar course is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators as well as anyone who would like to revisit the teachings of Gate 1. Refresher rates are available.
The link and details for the Zoom meeting will be included in the booking confirmation email so please do keep this accessible.
The Saturday session will start with an introduction by the event organiser practice and then teachings by Vincent, who will introduce the formless meditation practice. The day’s teaching will end at 5pm.
The Sunday will start with formless meditation practice, followed by further teaching sessions with Vincent. On both days there will be an opportunity to ask questions and to talk online with your fellow practitioners.
