Lion’s Roar Year 1 Retreat

This online meditation retreat is a precious opportunity to explore more deeply the practices and vision of The Lion’s Roar Gates 1, 2 and 3.
The retreat is open to those who have completed the first year of The Lion’s Roar programme including Gate 3 at any time in the past.
The retreat provides a space in which to deepen your meditation practice together with your fellow Lion’s Roar streamers through frequent sessions of meditation over a six day period. Mary Mackay-James will provide guidance on how to make your retreat as meaningful as possible and will give daily teachings reviewing Gates 1, 2 and 3. There will be the opportunity for group discussion and feedback.
