A new spring Path of Freedom course taught at the local Oxford Path of Freedom group. This course will introduce the foundations of meditation practice and also will explore some of the following topics:
- What’s the problem with ourselves?
- How can we relate properly to difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions?
- A further exploration of areas touched on in mindfulness. Why meditate?
- Discovering the power of simplicity
