This Path of Freedom public talk will be taught in Oxford and open to all. The Mandala Principle is a very simple, profound way of making sense of our lives. Whether you are new to meditation or to Buddhism, or even if you have been practising meditation for many years, these teachings offer a unique perspective.
At these exploratory events you will discover:
- how to relate to your own experience in a simple and direct way through the practice of formless meditation
- the basic idea of the mandala principle as taught by the Rigdzin Shikpo, author of Openness Clarity Sensitivity and Never Turn Away
- ways to bring these teachings into your daily life.
