The topic for the winter Path of Freedom course in Lewisham is on the life of the Buddha Sakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism. The teachings starts on Monday, 6 January and will run over the course of several weeks. Each class is stand alone, so feel free to drop in to any class, you don’t need to attend the whole series.
For those wishing to continue there is a supportive and friendly group meeting every Monday. The introductory course and weekly classes are led by experienced local teachers from the Longchen Foundation.
