Local Group: The Four Noble Truths

Continuing the story of the life of the Buddha, the Lewisham Path of Freedom group will be spending five weeks covering the very first teachings the Buddha gave after attaining awakening: The Four Noble Truths. They are just as relevant today as when they were first taught over 2,500 years ago. Each class is independent so feel free to drop-in. For more information contact southlondon@longchenfoundation.org
