This Path of Freedom talk will be taught in Oxford and open to all.
Openness, Clarity and Sensitivity are the key to a happy life. These three aspects of being form the Indestructible Heart Essence, or original goodness. In this series of three teachings we are introduced to these aspects as the basis of awareness. We will see how a gradual deepening of our connection to them through meditation can help us respond more effectively to experience, leading to a happier more fulfilled life.
Whether you are new to meditation or to Buddhism, or even if you have been practising for many years, these teachings present the Maha-Ati teachings of Tibetan Buddhism in a way that is relevant and accessible to Western students.
