Rigdzin Shikpo Video Teachings on Zoom

Join the Longchen Foundation for a public viewing on Zoom of a series of Rigdzin Shikpo’s Heart of Buddha teachings which are hosted on Vimeo. These gorgeous videos create a vivid space for the experience of Rigdzin Shikpo’s teaching. We’ll start this program with the 2014 Mindfulness HOB teaching.
After 15 minutes of formless meditation, the morning talk from the Mindfulness HOB will play – Rigdzin Shikpo’s teaching plus some questions – up to an hour and 15 minutes total. Attendees are welcome to remain for a further 20 minutes of Zoom together time.
